Returns and Exchanges
Even though we will make every effort to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily except returns on your item only if it is in the original sale condition and within 7 days of receipt of your item. Buyer pays return shipping and is required to obtain a RMA before shipping.
Custom personalized orders are not returnable, however we will help you in any way to make sure you are completely satisfied. In certain circumstances, a fee will be applied for additional labor costs. All letters and name plates are considered custom orders.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your approval.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily exchange items with in 7 days of receipt of the item as long as they are in the original sale condition.

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for items returned and lost in transit
