Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, please ensure that:
- Your item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is provided.
Please Note:
- Custom, personalized, and engraved jewelry is non-refundable due to its bespoke nature.
- Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.
Refund Process

Return Authorization:
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Inspection:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund Issuance:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for refunds to appear.
